Legal representation is provided nationwide by qualified practising attorneys who are entitled to do so in terms of the Attorneys Act. Legal advice and other services are dispensed by experienced legal practitioners and legal advisors. The company enjoys the support of quality staff and in particular suitably trained personnel attending to client interaction. Kindly take note that:
1. Telephonic legal advice is available from payment of the first Premium;
2. Legal Cost Cover is granted after payment of the third monthly Premium;
3. If applicable, Legal Cost Cover is granted for ante-nuptial contracts and unopposed divorces after payment of the sixth monthly Premium;
4. No Legal Cost Cover is granted for Events occuring prior to Date of Cover, whilst telephonic legal advice and prefferential attorney rates remains available
in respect thereof; and
